September 11, 200816 yr It's not about hype, it's about the song. Bleeding Love was almost undoubtedly the best pop song of 2007, I'm not even sure About You Now is as brilliant... Certainly the reason it didn't win will be because either Leona is considered boring or because the song was so shoved down our throats at the time that some people never got over the sheer overplay. Regardless, it was overplayed for a reason and deserved it without any shadow of a doubt... I'll admit it, however much I dislike Leona 'Bleeding Love' WAS a good song. But pop song of 2007? Nowhere close.
