Rock and Roll Train seems pretty dance, and it's all pretty much the strong classic AC/DC sound, so I thought I'd go ahead and order it anyway (something which I wouldn't do normally  ).
October 5, 200816 yr Rock N Roll Train has already spent 5 weeks on the Canadian Hot 100 climbing by around 10 places a week. This week its at #45. Could enter top 40 next week. . And the Americans will probably follow the same trend

And the Americans will probably follow the same trend I would be surprised if it didnt go top ten in America, same with the album, infact i'd be shocked of the album wasnt number 1. Also, New track: 'War Maahine' WBQODlM__14

October 7, 200816 yr lol you didnt even strike right. Im lostening now, only on track 2 but it is pure AC/DC, just what we want :D  I know what you mean, and what I love about it is that it's still that raw classic 70/80's hard rock/rock n roll sound that's been "forgotten". Heck, Aerosmith + Guns N Roses aren't making the music like they use to. Brilliant so far. :D

Heck, Aerosmith + Guns N Roses aren't making the music like they use to. Brilliant so far. :D they pratically make the same album again and again, but it's a godo thing, anything different it wouldnt be right, im nearing half way through the album now, it's awesome, one of my albums of the year me thinks.
October 7, 200816 yr Listened to it fully as well. :D Just like I've already said really. It's a good, proper gritty Rock N Roll/Hard Rock/Classic Rock album that you don't really hear any more. Brilliant album, much enjoyed. :D I'm glad I've had it on pre-order now.
October 13, 200816 yr I have to say that there is something infinitely reassuring in the fact that AC/DC (and Alice Cooper too, "Along Came A Spider" is a bloody FANTASTIC album; everyone who loves AC/DC should get the Alice record too...) are still with us and still making music.... Even if I haven't really liked the post-Bon Scott stuff all that much by comparison... "Let There Be Rock" and "Highway To Hell" are two of the greatest Hard Rock songs EVER written, so incredibly influential that it's impossible to even measure their impact on Rock/Metal genres since...
