Beware sounds a bit Amy Winehouse lol

The problem with the sugababes is that songs like ptb were hugely popular and this showed in their album sales. I think thats what a lot of people loved about the sugababes, that kitsch, upbeat attitude full of raunch and edge.

 

This album has nothing like that and like all the reviewers have said, is a downbeat, dark album and i think the trouble is, most people will see that the sugababes have turned into a dark and downbeat act which i dont think is always a good thing.

 

Ya never know though, maybe millions of people out there will really dig the darker ballads this winter.

 

But let this be my prediction before the album is released. I think it will be their worst selling album since their first album.

Just heard these again and they all sound amazing! The first 5 tracks are upbeat and i think the album works really well!

I was just in the record shop and guess what they were playing ..... C&S. Couldn't believe it

 

I heard the full version of Every Heart Broken. Its amazing. the lyrics sound really good.

 

And they played Beware which Amelle sounds really good on.

 

Then I left before I heard anymore of the album lol
