Oh yeah, i almost forgot.

 

Was in sainsbury's yesterday, and the album was on their charts at number 30- was number 92 last time i saw it there!!!

i think its less likely to be that they are selling more but that others above are dropping like stones.
i was just asking in the sales topic why it hasnt moved up with 'no can do' out and sales so low, so hopefully can return top 75... if they could get back to the top 40 the record company might decide that the girls deserve one more single to give the album a final a push!?

You can't deny that the reason they're rushing on to album 7 and have abandoned this after two singles is because of how it's done, though?

 

If it had done well I'm sure they'd have the 'time' to release a third single off it.

i think they need to lower the price to 3.95 on itunes to spark some interest in it again, cause all the other people who have done that have gone back into the top 40 at least in recent weeks. Or at least lower the price to 4.99 so it gets on the great offers page.

Erm, I'm not denying that? Re-read what I said. I SAID that now they've decide to move on from this project (yes, because it was a flop) and begin a new one, there's no time for CONTINUING with this one.

i personally think it is a mistake to start album #7 now.

 

we all know that they'll be back for xmas at this rate.

 

They'll work with a producer come up with an epic choon then the record label will have it forced out for october.

 

I'd rather they waited till august time to start the album so Island can't screw us over again just for the xmas rush. If the album is good it'll sell regardless of what time of year it is

Well that's a good sign anyway. Anything for it to pass 100k sooner (in the next month) than later. I think when all is completely said and done, at the time of the next album's release, Catfights will be on 120k. A total pop injustice.

they wouldnt even be moving to album number 7 if this one was doing better, so they would have time, no way would the record company not push for all it could if they believed the project was worth saving!

 

it is however a total injustice, poor choice of singles and a real shame we wont see an amazing video for EHB which is so wanted!

 

i kinda wish they'd wait now before album 7... but they have a good 10 months to make something amazing before a xmas release!
