Can someone please tell me how I start my own user gallery.

You post a pic. Is that what you mean?

 

Yeah, you just upload pics wherever you want, from you own computer, the only way to access to your own gallery, is by clicking on your profile, "User's Gallery", then, it shows all the pics you have uploaded, the ones in the main gallery, or Artists Forums, if you´ve done it. ^_^
