September 29, 200816 yr I dont think it deserves no.1 but I really want it to be on physical release just so it can keep up with what is pretty much a tradition for their lead single to get to the top spot...bar Overload and Easy. I never count Easy as it wasn't off a proper album, just a greatest hits so didn't get the same promotion etc. and wasn't a proper project/era. And i don't count Overload because it was a different record company and line up, and also they did two singles off AWDF before album release both of which made no1, so this kind of "makes up" for it lol (and Walk this Way makes up for Easy and was kinda in the greatest hits era). But as a fan i can justify anything! Still really hope this makes no1, especially on the week of its physical, if only to prove the format isn't dead! (though wtf with only 1CD/physical format for a lead single? They need the extra few 1000 from the fans who will always buy both regardless)

I think it'll be #4 this week now, since there's no more *huge* promo besides the Capital Radio sessions which should give a nice little boost. I'd be happy with that, frankly.
