Retrønikkä is back for BJSC 172 :cheer:

Siouxsie & The Banshees - Kiss Them For Me are representing Bøtanikkä in BJSC 172. We've been loving and holding into this song for years, and we're so happy that we finally got to send it. It comes right from my fave retro playlist that I've sent plenty of other songs in TBSCITW (St. Etienne, Goldie and The Future Sound of London to name a few) and winner in Pop Forum Contest Ace Of Base 'Happy Nation"

'Kiss The For Me' is different sound from the usual Siouxsie 80's singles and it's a step forward to mainstream sound. It's less goth and more neo psych and operatic pop.

I sincerely hope you'll get to enjoy it as much as we do <3

'You Killed The Music' is a bright and shimmering single with electrifying synths alongside cinematic, anthemic electro pop-influenced production.

It's her best effort yet and the video is such a cute throwback to 70's wub

We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do <3

✈️ BØTANIKKÄ AIRWAYS

“Nature in Motion.”

📍 Terminal A, Gate AQ
🛫 Launched: BJSC 3
🌍 Destinations Served: 164 Buzzjack nations
🎶 Current In-Flight Anthem: “Oh La La La” by 2 Eivissa

Founded during the golden age of sonic exploration, Bøtanikkä Airways took flight in BJSC 3, introducing the world to an airline that sees music as migration — melodic roots that stretch across borders and blossom in new skies.

With a fleet powered by rhythm and flora, Bøtanikkä quickly became known for its ethereal branding, serene aircraft interiors inspired by Scandinavian moss gardens, and a loyalty program that rewards you with emotional healing and serotonin.

Over 164 contests, Bøtanikkä has flown to every corner of the Buzzjack world, with each destination representing a unique musical dispatch. Their routes are ever-evolving — from haunting ballads to euphoric dancefloor fillers.

Now boarding with their latest carrier single, “Oh La La La” by 2 Eivissa, the airline is taking passengers on a nostalgic Eurodance charter flight, blending retro pulses with modern flair. Cabin crew recommend loose hips and light-hearted singalongs for this journey.

🌱 Fun Fact: The airline’s iconic “Ä” in BØTANIKKÄ isn’t just style — it symbolizes "altitude through artistry", a commitment to elevating songs that bloom outside the mainstream.

And as per our usual AQ, we went with Eurodance Hit from 2 Eivissa "Oh La La La".

"Oh La La La" contains samples of "Gypsy Woman (She's Homeless)" by Crystal Waters and "Want Love" by Hysteric Ego and it's all camp and it has 90's all over it.

We loved and still love this Ibiza anthem to this day <3

I hope you all enjoy it as well <3
