Soundcloud : 'Debuting on Mixmash’ deeper vibing imprint is Scottish DJ/Producer Ashton Love. Already making a name for himself with support from Afrojack, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, Dash Berlin and many more. His latest gem is a massive deep house track infused with some stellar vocals telling a twisted love story through beautiful chords and progressions.'

Ashton Love about ‘Ones We Hate’: "For this track I really wanted to combine deep emotion with a dance-floor hit, as soon as I played in the chords, I knew I had something. From there, I made the drop hit as hard as it could but still keeping the story told by the chords, and adding the vocal, it seemed to close it all out and get it ready for the listeners ears. I'm really proud of this track and can't wait to hear the opinions of others! "

'Ohh I'm not myself tonight

Been a minute since I heard this song

I might get jumped tonight

Cause the feeling's coming on to strong

When your heart is giving up

And your soul has had enough

Raise your glass and make a toast

To the ones

To the ones we hate the most'

This really clicked with me on my last listen-through of the final, a huge shame to see it underperform but it's a firm fave of mine

I must say that I didn't have high hopes for it but also didn't expect to be bottom 2 lol.

Mix the city with Kutiman.

Every city has a sound. Kutiman wanted to capture Tel Aviv’s, and put it out there for the world to remix. Following the phenomenal success of his videos remixing the musical highlights of Youtube and Tokyo, Kutiman joined forces with 12 musicians to capture the sights, sounds and music of Tel Aviv.

Enjoy it.

About this Artist:

Ophir Kutiel, professionally known as Kutiman, is an Israeli musician, composer, producer and animator who remixes recordings of musicians he discovers in cities around the world. So far he's produced YouTube videos for over one million subscribers featuring musicians in Jerusalem, Tokyo and Krakow. For The Space, Kutiman created Mix the City Tel Aviv, where anyone can mix the sounds of Tel Aviv via an interactive web app.

90's House anthem for our 98th entry in BJSC 108th edition!!!

The O.T. Quartet - Hold That Sucker Down

The O.T. Quartet is a project of Rollo Armstrong, who also is a founding member of the Faithless. He is also a brother of singer Dido :kink:.

Omg didn't expect you to ever get round to sending this!! Tune.

Loved Kutiman too, Botanikka on a roll again.

This is one of my favourite 90s dance classics *.* I was thinking of sending it to one of the spin-offs recently I think! Fingers crossed for a major smash!

I am not sure anymore :snif:

The end of Bøtanikkä is coming. I have another 90’s trance lined up for next contest but now I am sceptic about it. I really thought and felt like O.T. Quartet is a safe qualifier. I should reconsider my choices and perhaps be more up to date with BJSC taste.

Ah no!

I really think it was a case of wrong semi syndrome here, though I'd have thought it'd qualified either way. Hope you do stick around.
