It's some kind of average of sales in the last 24 or 48 hour period (or whatever time period iTunes uses). So if a song has only been released an hour before, it's not going to peak for a day or two. I've seen many discussions on this, and it seems that no one can definitively say how iTunes comes up with its chart, but that seems to be the common consensus. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong :lol:.
