Yeah, I agree. Even though Britney is selline really well and doing great on top 40 radio she won't get near as much spins as them on rhythmic and urban. Which is stupid, because if a black artist sang Womanizer it would be doing wonders on urban.

I highly doubt that becuase it would be considred "Too Pop" and therefore get ignored by urban radio stations. BEP is a perfect example for that and a few other acts as well.
