It really doesn't make sense anymore now that it's released all over Europe...but it was up to her branch in the UK, so I guess they just want the hype to build...
October 7, 200816 yr I think its cos tracks in the UK dont have enough momentum in the charts as they would in America. Also the closer it is to the album date, the more people will remember about the album.
