Yeah, ok, I don't think I should change. Especially since I'm one of the people who hates it when others change the most as I always rip the songs from the videos. Usually I'd do it as people confirmed but lately I hadn't been doing that, as changes were more common, leaving me with a big wave to rip at once. This time I'm back to ripping as people confirm so it doesn't seem to take so long. Basically I'd feel a bit hypocritical to ever change my entry after confirming. :lol:

I wouldn't say that it's made much of a difference tbh :unsure: I would've personally just preferred having no odds thread until confirmation was closed :lol:

I think it is, people have thought about what they're sending and held off confirming until nearer the end. Me and Tom were both pretty sure on our entries for a while but we waited out until the last minute in case we changed our minds. Who knows how many changes you would have made had you been allowed? Jasmine, The Sounds and Janelle would have probably all been 'confirmed' at some stage. :kink:

Haha well you pretty much said you were going with Florence and the Machine from the start and I might be misremembering but I thought someone guessed the song correctly. Why is why I was expecting you to confirm earlier. :unsure:

Semi-final will be up fairly late for you all tomorrow night (I get home around 5, so probably 11 PM for you all). The recap video won't be up till mid-Saturday, but I figure that's not a huge deal as it's already going to be up so late for you all. ;D

Yep and less chance of the rest of us qualifying as we'll probably be having a 26 song final, unless you decide to hold our first 28 song final.

 

On a random note, I listened to the Youtube video of your song today and realised I'd heard it before. Apparently I've heard it twice already - Last.fm must be randomly biased towards playing me that one Isabel Guzman song in particular as they were both scrobbled in the last two weeks. I don't even remember what 'station' I was listening to to get it to play but it's quite the coincidence as there are tons of songs and that came up twice.

Perhaps it is. :o I didn't skip it which says something, but I didn't exactly take note of who the artist/song was so maybe that says something else. :whistle:

 

I'm not sure I get your 'not getting through' part of the 28 song final thing. You and James would still prequalify, it's just a decision to make whether 12 or 13 songs will progress from each semi to the final with you. It depends whether you like more or less choice in the final I guess.
