I hate Too Lost In You because I find it immensely monotone and depressing. It makes me want to slit my wrists or something :heehee: I always much preferred Caught In A Moment - now THAT was a beautiful ballad, and any Heidi chorus sits well with me.

i always found TLIY to be a really powerful ballad, and as i said above, Mutya owns, and i :wub: Mutya.

 

I dunno, i absolutely loved Round Round. If that hadn't have been a single i don't know if i would be a Sugababes fan. I got the album for xmas off the back of RR and kind of discovered Freak. I was like oh, i know this. Oh, this is actually immense.

 

It's kind of like Overload. Loved it, didn't know it was a babes song till after PTB came out :blush:

This is most definitely not better than the majestic 'Run For Cover' by a long shot! :lol:

Jark! Not loving RFC is like heresy to me. It still sounds sooo amazing!

Its grown on me, I still dont particularly like it but the end "dont try and call me.." is amazingly catchy.

TLIY is so owned by Mutya. I always wonder what Amelle doing it would be like. I love Amelle's voice and it's actually quite similar to Mutya's but dunno if she could top her on this song. I do think it's one of their finest ballads. If only we had got Overloaded as it was originally intended we would know by now! And Heidi Overload/RFC- what would that've been like? :wacko:

It was shot this week but hopefully editing will take a couple of weeks. The ideal premiere date would be Fri 21st.

They did it on the overloaded tour.

 

It wasn't as good as the original. Overloaded was done correctly i think. I'd have been well pissed off if they'd erased Mutya and Shiv.

I think they were left the best way it just would have been nice from the extra material/curiosity point of view, as even live versions aren't the same as studio recordings. I think, with those songs originally having been written with Mutya in mind, her husky voice suits them. Amelle's voice is a little harsher. Amelle is great in her own right though and there are a number of songs particularly on C&S where i don't think Mutya'd hold a candle to Amelle. Funny though, on some songs like Red Dress, they sound almost identical!

Bit off topic i know but think we'll get a C&S tour? Go NCD! :lol:

Many people on SugababesUK forums are saying that it is a bad choice to choose this single as 2nd single because it sounds to much sunny, for the summer :P.

I think that this is a BRILIANT choice, In the christmass time everyone is releasing DEPRESSING ballads, so here come the girls for the people, that are depressed becuase of the boring ballads, with a SPANKING song!

That's only 3 shows where they'll be performing the single (Divas was filmed ages ago so presumably it'll be Girls?) so I hope they add more. They will I'm sure, as they did with Girls.

But most of the album sounds summery though, they're gonna be stuck for choice. And as for the WaWa mix it's not really special. Fingers crossed for Bimbo Jones
