It was supposed to have come out yesterday. D: So gutted. And my friends forced me to go see Twilight which was TERRIBLE though the experience was fairly enjoyable as I made fun of it with another friend. The audience was filled with teenage girls. x_X

Well, I guess they do really, but at a closer inspection Harry in particular looks a bit different on the second poster and Dumbledore has an almost Gandalf look about him on the third one.

 

I don't think I am putting this across very well, but I know what I mean :lol:

Fans of Harry Potter have reportedly been left disappointed at a test screening of the latest movie in the series.

 

According to The Sun, some viewers claimed that additional scenes inserted into Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince were "pointless".

 

One said: "The film is dominated by romance - Ron with Lavender Brown, Ginny with Dean Thomas, Hermione's growing love for Ron, Ron's potion-affected desire for Romilda Vane, and ultimately Harry and Ginny."

 

Another said: "Anyone who has read the book will be severely disappointed."

 

Fans were also said to be unhappy at the removal of a number of supposedly important memory scenes involving Potter and the alleged mistreatment of the death of a major character.

 

A viewer at a US screening said: "The last third of this movie is so incredibly mishandled, the death feels more like an unfortunate accident than genuine tragedy."

 

Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince is released in the UK on July 17.

Great, the worst book will be the worst movie...was to be expected though, I shouldn't get my hopes up that much. :/ The romance scenes in the book were so poor and completely dominated over everything that made Harry Potter so good. I really hope they reconsider this for the movie, especially after poor reaction.

All I remember is that it has to do with Voldemort and horcruxes.

 

Here's to hoping it's a good movie especially for making us wait so damn long! I think people will rave about it once they see it only cause they've waited so long for a new HP movie!
