It's not late at all! It was just promoted really early so people were eager to download it once it was available. It's very similar to what happened with Single Ladies. But now since the track is starting to get more airplay, it should help it stick around near the top of the chart and not drop off. ^_^

Circus isn't getting no rotation in the UK, and that's why it is dropping. It has been officially released in Austrailia and the US and that's why it is doing so well.

By this rate she could quite easily stay in the top 5 next week as well. I think that Circus will spend close to ten weeks in the top ten just because of how well she is doing on radio and maintaining sales. It should start charting the top 50 on rhythmic very soon, and it usually takes close to 2 months for her stuff to even hit the top 40 on that genre.
