July 20, 200915 yr Author Nowhere Left To Go has leaked in HQ That leaked quite a while ago. :) She recorded it during the Spirit era. I'm not a huge fan, a bit too urban for her.

July 21, 200915 yr Its exactly the same as the MQ one we got earlier this year just more HQ (obviously ) But i agree i hope it doesnt make the album :( Very B-side.
July 21, 200915 yr ^ I doubt it will, it's Spirit-era. I really don't like it. Wouldnt even want it as a b-side.
August 2, 200915 yr Author Lost these bits of info due to the downtime: "My Hands", "Heartbeat" from upcoming release Label Link: Syco / Sony Role: Co-Writer "Thank You Thank You", "Your Heart" Label Link: Syco / Sony BMG Role: Co-Writer http://www.nettwerk.com/producer/ina-wroldsenLeona Lewis Goes All Out on New Album Leona Lewis has won talent competitions, topped the charts worldwide, and been nominated for three Grammys, and she’s setting out to do it all again. The winner of Britain’s “X Factor” has been in the studio with Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Ryan Tedder, and John Shanks (Miley Cyrus, Ashlee Simpson), crafting the follow-up to her platinum debut album Spirit, which spawned the hit singles “Bleeding Love” and “Better in Time.” One of the contributors, Novel, spoke exclusively with Rap-Up.com about the project. “She knows exactly what she wants,” says the multi-talented producer, who helmed “Whatever It Takes” on Leona’s breakthrough album. “She’s very strong-headed, strong-minded, but the sweetest person. I never had somebody tell me no in the nicest way. When I write something and she may not feel it, she goes [in British accent], ‘I don’t think I’d actually say that.’” The 24-year-old songstress aims for perfection, but always keeps her cool. “She’s very calm, collected, and has swagger in a very ladylike way,” Novel discloses. “She’s one of those people that’s very particular with what she wants vocally. I don’t care how many times she does a song, if she ain’t feeling something, she’s gonna go back and sing it again. She don’t give a f**k. She’ll call you right before the song’s being mixed like, ‘I think I want to sing it again.’ And it’ll be like, ‘C’mon, you’re killing me!’” Novel shared details on the two tracks he produced. “[John Shanks and I] did one that was an uptempo and one that was kind of a ballad that I think everybody likes a lot,” reveals the musician, whose new mixtape Suspended Animation can be downloaded here. “It’s a very heartfelt song and just talks about love and heartbreak. It’s a strong record.” The new album will once again showcase Leona’s powerful vocals that have drawn comparisons to Mariah Carey. “The record that we did was more vocally-driven. She’s really going all out singing-wise on this one. It’s more guitar-driven from what I’ve heard, so more pop/alternative, far from urban. It’s gonna be a crazy album.” Leona Lewis’ sophomore album is due out this fall. http://www.rap-up.com/2009/07/31/leona-lew...t-on-new-album/ Edited August 2, 200915 yr by Rain
August 12, 200915 yr with x factor starting soon i hope we get to hear rumblings of the new single/ album. Though i reckon they'd release alexander's stuff first followed by leona.
August 12, 200915 yr Well we're not going to hear anything until the single leaks really. I think Leona's album is due for October or November, so we won't hear anything from the album until about a week before the release.
August 12, 200915 yr I'd say leaks are much more likely this time as proven already. My bet would be on album for November 16th. Hopefully means we can hear the single end of September/early October. I can't see the full album not leaking tbh before the release.
August 14, 200915 yr Well we're not going to hear anything until the single leaks really. I think Leona's album is due for October or November, so we won't hear anything from the album until about a week before the release.I think they mean like clips of stuff in montages and things :P For example they played 'Footprints In the Sand' in someone's montage in 2007's X Factor - Before the live shows so we hadn't heard 'Bleeding Love' by this time :P
August 14, 200915 yr Some news about the album photoshoot: LEONA LEWIS is a vegan and even adopted a rabbit recently to prevent the wee thumper becoming a tramp's dinner. But the saintly singer is not fond of all God's creatures - as she showed when she had a scary run-in with some dreaded tarantulas. The close encounter came during a photoshoot for the cover of her upcoming second album, on a clifftop in Malibu, California. The X Factor winner from East London shrieked when someone on the set disturbed a nest of the poisonous spiders. Her shoot had to be shut down for two hours until pest control had made the area safe. Only then did Leona dare return to take up her position in front of the camera. A source said: "Someone on the set had disturbed the spiders' nest and they had come out to see what all the commotion was about. "Leona was the first to see them and was petrified - frozen in fear and shrieking. "For someone who professes to be such a nature lover, it was a bit of an unexpected reaction. But she was terrified of being bitten." No doubt the creepy footage will be all over t'internet soon. Source: The Sun
August 14, 200915 yr Can't wait for the photos, we might see some of the spiders in the background of the photos! :kink:
August 16, 200915 yr A new demo has leaked, called "Don't Let Me Down", produced by Timbaland and Justin Timberlake: NwV1ltcf1Vs
August 16, 200915 yr This is one track I was sure would be on the album and was excited to hear. Little let down initially but few listens and I love it. Leona ft. Justin has a nice ring to it ;)
August 16, 200915 yr Author How disappointing, I was looking forward to this song too. The chorus is very weak and the song as a whole just doesn't go anywhere. I'd rather it not make the album to be honest.
August 16, 200915 yr I think it's unfinished, just like "Strangers", to be honest. Anyway, it's pretty cool that she still managed to keep an organic feel to the song even though she was working with Justin Timberlake. The song itself isn't that great, but I wouldn't be displeased if it made the album as it's a nice laid-back, chill-out track. Her voice sounds ace, though.
August 16, 200915 yr It's definitely not single-worthy but it's an album track I know would be a favourite. Only thing is it's just a tad too long. Needs at least a minute chopped off it.
