OMG, got the album for Christmas, it's absolutely AMAZING! My favourites would have to be 'I Got You', 'Naked' and 'Outta My Head'. :wub:

Great choices! :) I Got You is my clear favourite after having the album for a few months now. I never get tired of it. Happy and Outta My Head are both close seconds. Naked has grown on me a lot and I think it would be a great single at some point but sadly I can't see it being released.

This album is EPIC. I liked it when I first listened to it but I wasn't hugely impressed. Now I think it could beat 'Spirit' as an album - most of the songs sound like movie soundtracks. It sounds so BIG.

Yeah I definitely agree about the movie soundtracks. She said she watched a lot of movies when writing and recording the album to get inspiration. :)

I'm listening to it now and even Alive/Brave/Broken have that sound. Compare it to something like 'Homeless' from the first album and you can definitely see where she's coming from when she says this has a more 'rocky' sound.

Sales for the album aren't bad, but it is going down the charts really fast now. I really hope 'I got you' will be on time to give the album an extra boost!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can't Fight It has leaked with Leona's vocals -

 

It features Ne-Yo's vocals still too. It's ok. Improves on the original demo. Growing on me with each listen.

 

Really surprised it didn't make the album, especially the US edition. It's not perfect, I would prefer it a bit faster in tempo. But it's still a good tune with a great production.

I don't like it. Still yet to listen to the Ne-Yo song (which I'll probably LOVE LOL) though...

 

EDIT: The production on Ne-Yo's track is HOT! Like Ethereal though, a full, faster, uptempo version of it would be a million times better! It has potential!

Hopefully next week it'll go Top 40 again. Because someone made a valid point the other week (It might have been Ryan or Rain actually) who noticed albums usually climb the week AFTER a single release...
