I can't believe you just gave the result away....

did you actually expect to catch a 44 point lead in 4 votes?

He said it when it WAS possible to be caught though LOL

Have MKL voted yet?

Come on Beverley! Please let her finish in the top 10!

Not gonna happen, especially with my votes being one of the few left.

Whoever hosted BJSC7 didn't when Katy Perry was miles ahead.

I think I did when it was impossible for anyone to catch her.

did you actually expect to catch a 44 point lead in 4 votes?

thats beside the point, it COULD happen.

did you actually expect to catch a 44 point lead in 4 votes?

No, but it was possible.

did you actually expect to catch a 44 point lead in 4 votes?

It was possible. =/

congrats Tom, you definitely deserved to win both contests...Will You Remember Me Tomorrow is a stunning pop song that I count myself lucky to have heard via this contest...I wasn't blown away by her other song Samantha and would thus never have searched further into her back catalogue and discovered this gem...

for me, it is without a doubt the song that defines this contest, and I never had any doubts that it would win...

Just Dance is great but it was never going to beat the all conquering Margaret, but I love the way you played down it's chances throughout Tom :P

I honestly don't know how it has done so well - For me it's always been a song that I've quite liked and just enterred into the contest coz it was unknown and I couldn't think of anything better to send. I really never believed it would win BJSC IX let alone the best of - simply unbelievable

Well done to Tom though, couldn't have lost to a nicer guy :)

No it wasnt, not at that point LOL It wasnt mathmatically confirmed, therefore bad hostsmanship.

44point gap

48points left.

Statistically speaking, it's highly unlikely that Lady GaGa would have won

actually, the odds on closing that gap would be near 0

hmm. Bad Hostmanship?

Next time you try.

And without your own entry to make you actually give a $h!t

and Katy Perry won quite a bit before the end, it was stated when it was mathematically impossibly for her to be beaten

Jesus, who knew so many people had so little common sense.

I really DISLIKE the winner :(

tbh, The Knife shoulda been in there

orr Bjork

hmm. Bad Hostmanship?

Never. You've been a great host despite my concerns when you were announced

Peace and Love to Ashton

So did the voting end?

I could start the whole spiel about it being the song I have noticed have most impact as a direct result of this contest (e.g. personal charts on other forums) but you know all that already

amazing song, my 12 points wouldn't have gone anywhere else  the moment it won BJSCIX, I knew it would win the best of by a country mile

if she had some sort of media support (are you listening BBC Sound of 2009?/Popjustice) it could be a massive hit in the UK, I mean top 5 massive!

So did the voting end?

I think we're on a break whilst I finish shaking

It wasn't mathematically impossible though,

unlikely YES, but not impossible. For all I/we knew you held all my high points till last to get victory (or the song in 3rd) but you just randomly said he won when it was still possible for another to win...
