My thoughts exactly :D Ruth managed to conjure up a superb performance with a very mediocre song.

Ruth: I really enjoyed this, it had alot of energy and Ruth is proving herself to be a serious contendor each week, remember everyone she hasn't been in the bottom two since Laura left so who's to say she hasn't got a major boost in voters? 9/10

Why have they picked 'I Love Rock And Roll', 'Sometimes' and that 'I'm Not A Girl' sludge to perform out of all Britney songs? Those are 3 of her worst undoubtedly. :(

Ruth - I Love Rock'n'Roll - A decent cover of the Joan Jett & The Blackhearts classic (Britney murdered it IMHO). Not the best song choice to show off ones vocal ability. Struggled in the verses, better in the choruses and got over shouty near the end. Full of energy but not her best performance by some way. 7/10

02: JLS - Baby One More Time I'm going to say this now, they will stay tonight just for the fact they have chosen perhaps Britney's biggest ever hit. But maybe people will forget about it by the next song choice. Oh dear, stupid song choice for them! Sounds flat as :manson: I seriously hope they go tonight (Coz I know Eoghan won't MEGA :manson:) It was all dull 4/10
