i agree pruple rain is by far the best performance on the whole show this year by miles

hmm... something is missing, rocky start, much better in the middle, and picks it up near the end. Average 6/10

they all are both dannii and simon said vote for her,,i wish they would push votes on ruth as she ha sno region behind her and needs them more,,again if ruth goes tonight its a travesty as no way do jsl deserve to be there over ruth going on tonights performance alone

Alexandra - Listen That performance was everything I HATE about music. 100% vocal gymnastics & dynamics with 0% emotion and soul. That left me flat. Just like the Beyonce "give me an Oscar" original. Paul McCartney's comments last night on the Culture Show about X-Factor spring to mind. :thinking: "Being able to sing technically and able to hit the money notes does not make a great artist..." 5/10

JLS: Dull beyond belief, they really should have been given a modern song to sing. Mario's Let Me Love You for example would have been great for them. 4/10

 

Alexandra: My favourite Beyonce song and im so happy to see her sing it. She did an amazing song and she so deserevs to win now. I completly disagree with some people, there is absouletly nothing missing with her. Alex FTW! 11/10

Ruth: Loved this it was really emotional, I love the way you get a real sense of uncontrolable emotion coming from her songs. 10/10

 

JLS: I really liked this, I think it was definitly one of thier best performances to date! 8/10

 

Alexandra: Now that's what I'm talking about!! Absolutly stunning performance from Alexandra, everything was perfect! 10/10

 

 

Listening to Diana's performance again, perhaps I was a bit too in the moment with her, but it still wasn;t half as bad as what everyone is making it out to be! I would knock it down to an 8/10 though :heehee: But that's what's great about all this, we all have different opinions! :lol:

Exactly. And tbh, I don't even think she's that great of a vocalist.

 

Ruth is good because she always sings with passion. And sh!t, this performance is going to be.. sh!t.
