I'm not sure if Lady GaGa will do that well as people are predicting.

But If I'm wrong people can quote me! :P

Top 5 for this none the less.

Nice song, just listened to it for the first time. Anyone else noticed though that ever since Biology Girls Aloud have been given songs with weird structures...I mean, why is the bridge in the middle of the song? But it's good though and the video looks good too. I reckon #6 - because the album has done pretty well and I think sales will be too steady for it to peak high.

I've not heard this 'Lady Gaga' (and don't really feel the need to) but I would preffer a British act at No.1...First No.1 of 2009 for GA would be great!

Just seen abit of the video.......Katy "I KISEED A GIRL" Perry cash-in/clone me thinks

A strong #1 contender, but I think this will make #2.

They've really became a force to be reckoned with, and lately they've really built a name for themselves and are starting to be taken seriously properly, this is their best single since 'Something Kinda Oooh' and the video is stunning. :D

If you like Girls Aloud then Lady GaGa should be right up your street.

And Just Dance was released way before I Kissed A Girl.

Aly is pleased with the music someone other than Kylie/Sophie has produced? :o CAN THIS BE? :o

Was it?? Ok, I take that back..maybe the other way round then!

2 or 3 I think.

It's a very strong followup and is just a beautiful, eerie record. It reminds me a lot of 'Call The Shots'.

Just realised the track clashes with Lady GaGa that week, and I wouldn't be surprised it be the first #1 of 2009 :puke2:

You've just answered my question  And I am putting Top 3 It could go number 1,2 OR 3. but Lady Gaga is proving to be a big force next year, so she's my "Tip for the Top" etc... -_- (Not that it's a bad thing AT ALL!) It really wouldn't surprise me if this got number one though  It's easily their best single since SKO

The video is amazing too, and is it me or can anyone else see they decided to steal the Killers set they used at the VMA's? :heehee:

Mmm I think you are too optimistic. The song is good, but nowadays it is hard to get into the Top-10 (I don't say about Top-5-3-1, it's even harder) for the second single off the album. They will get Top-10, somewhere 6-10, but higher... doubt it.

GaGa is everywhere.

Personally the novelty of her song wore off in like August. They left it far too late to release here. Girls Aloud definately deserve the no1 more but I'm sure GaGa will do it easily. I don't really see what's so good about her either, everything else I'vce heard has been awful.

Yeah, I'm so tired of Just Dance now, but I think it's delayed success in America is proof that it will probably take off in the UK too.

I'm hoping for #1!

If they do get a #1 with this, would they be the first act to have 2 #1s off one album since the new download rules kicked in when a song can enter the charts whenever it likes?
