They SAID it's the most enjoyable aspect of it, but they don't want to tour so often that it isn't an event. The Change tour was extremely well-received critically and amongst fans/the public and they don't want to be back on the road so soon that a new Sugababes tour isn't an event or an absolute regularity - so it's something people really look forward to and appreciate.

They said this before the album's release before you play the 'thats because their album flopped' card, by the way...

They've also said they intended to go on the road later on in the year (Change was in spring) but depending on whether they continue with Catfights promo this might or might not happen.

Aaah that is a good answer ! You see, when you express yourself clearly and without verbal violence, it's far more understandable and enjoyable to read ^_^ Keep it this way from now on !

Ever so slightly patronising, no?

Let me tell you 'bout a boy who's goin' la-la, tryna get my ya-ya, but he's not committed so i'ma tell him baby bah-bah. :o

Quite obviously the greatest set of lyrics EVER.

totally thefted my idea.

EVER!

Obv. Amelle/Mutya always get the best lyircs.

'cpet HITH and ITM where Keisha gets the best

As an aside, I really am not 100% sure as to why everybody wants Every Heart Broken for third single. :( It's a great song but not a very obvious single in my eyes... I feel like Unbreakable Heart is much more youthful, glossy and American and would do a LOT better as a single!

Hanging On A Star needs better production. I'm normally a big fan of Orson productions but HoaS's is really ropey, feels cheap. Really lets the song down.

A good remix, the exaggerated base beat.

club masterpiece.

Beware would be an epic single, doubt it would do amazing but the video could be the best they have ever made

As much as i like the sugababes, i think they always had their work cut out with this album because they seemed to drop off a little bit with change and denial, it just semt a little like the whole change album era was resting on about you now. I know they werent complete flops but both missed the top 10 and so i think they needed to come back with something massive to regain some steam.

Instead they brought Girls which i think really damaged their reputation and this is reflected in their album sales and recent single.

So when it comes to their next album, i think they seriously have a lot to do. Unless the sugababes completely change their target audience, i cant see them doing well atall in the uk music industry again.

Basically what i mean is, their next comeback single doesnt just need to be amazing, it needs to make people forget girls ever happened.

It's funny to read that, because I'm in an discussion on another forum about how McFly need to go now, and your last points are being made about them too, however regarding Do Ya. However less about changing thier sound, more about releeasing the right songs off the album.

I personally really love the new Sugababes songs and hated the whole Change and Denial era.

you speak a lot of sense here, about the loss of steam on change, perception of Girls etc. The problem i have is that Girls is actually still charting quite well and has quite good sales, but the album isn't. Girls seems to be get a lot of casual buyers (its now71 download is more popular than the single/album one for example) but has ostricised many fans who would buy their album and not just one song they liked. It is a good album but has less obvious singles and a less commercial sound. The quality is great overall but there aren't the same hit-you-in-the-face blinder singles as their earlier work. No can do is catchy though, i hope it does well. I don't think all is lost unless they completely change like you say, but i do think they need a rethink to return to prominence (if things don't pick up soon)

Nothing is impossible, i just really think they have their work cut out now and if the next album flops, that'll be two in a row so it HAS to be a good one.

I think their main problem is their relevance as artists now. I'm not really sure who their music is aimed at these days.

They need a break.

They need to be missed and release a few demo clips onto myspace, demo's that just happen to be amazing to help build a bit of hype

so their comeback will be anticipated and then release a strong lead single and the album will have a more TIMW response than C&S has had.

They need an image change 3years is a bit long. The sound will change anyway as they search for different producers
