I can understand The Republic of Tron and other male artists missing out but there was nothing un-BJSCish about Miss Blue.

I can understand The Republic of Tron and other male artists missing out but there was nothing un-BJSCish about Miss Blue.

well, obviously what we think will work isn't always the case...I thought it had a great chance to be honest, it's damn catchy and has a great bassline and chorus hook

 

but we can't ignore the fact that Frankmusik and Darin, Feeder and Franz Ferdinand got through

True. I just think it's so strange as their songs were so much less BJSC friendly. So I'd have thought anyways.

I never thought for a moment that it would qualify, but it was my 12 pointer by quite a comfortable margin and my favourite song in quite a few contests. I'll be listening to it long after this contest has ended.

I can see where you're coming from but I don't think so - I think that both Darin and Frankmusik are certs for the top ten, and are both definitely in contention for victory here :o
