[Victoria Newton]'s got a new recruit for [her] Dulux league of celebs who overdo the fake tan — step forward pint-sized pop star Rachel Stevens. The singer was positively glowing when she hit London’s Benares bar on Thursday for Arena magazine’s annual awards party. A little word in your ear, Rach — please get out the exfoliator and tone down that paint job. You don’t want to turn out like queen of bronze Nancy Dell’Olio... And there you have it; Victoria Newton strikes once again. Rather than 'doing her homework' first, Vic wrote her article insulting Rachel's tan by labeling it fake and cheap. However, had she checked her sources like any good, real news reporter, she would have known Rachel was not only in LA for six weeks, but was also in Barbados on vacation prior to the awards ceremony.
