The Ministry of Popular Music Culture has confirmed that Inner Massivia with be submitting Melanie Fiona with "Give It To Me Right" to BJSC XIII.

The song I want to enter is on this acts MySpace page. But on the two or three times it has been uploaded to YouTube it has been quickly removed because it is a future release.

 

So as I'm a bit of a luddite, what is the best software to upload to my PC so I can copy the track from Myspace & then upload it onto Youtube; etc?

Freecorder is what I use to get the song off the tinterweb then moviemaker to make a quick vid ;)

Use http://file2hd.com to download the track, and then you can use MovieMaker to make a video and upload it to YouTube. Name it 'Nonsuch XIII' or somesuch to avoid it getting deleted, and whatever you do don't embed the link into the song title (i.e. [ url=YT LINK]Artist X - Song Y[/url ]) otherwise it gets caught. Have fun :P

i use audacity

 

then windows movie maker.

 

Then for the Youtube upload, use the trick i did for La Roux, Quicksand before the official video came out. Link

I know, I was referencing foreign language songs suffering rather than them doing well there :P And their first entry was English language anyway...

 

I agree, I have no idea how they managed to qualify this time with (what is IMO) their weakest single.
