You can Confirm or Reserve Best to Reserve until you are VERY sure that your going to be using that Artist & Song ^_^

 

you're NOT allowed to use Artists that are already confirmed/reserved (Obviously) and if you want to send a solo song, that, that member is in a group (Example: Una Healy) Make sure The Saturdays aren't in use, as you are not allowed to do that either ^_^ nor are you allowed to send a song that has been sent to the contest before - There is a thread pinned with all the songs that have been used before, so check and see :D

Just start a thread up normally and use it as like a National Thread or something :P
