Posted December 16, 200816 yr 10 We Ride http://www.chartstats.com/images/singles/32792.jpg A single that unfortunately unpopular with most people, We Ride is so original Rihanna and fits in so well with her debut album. Such a feel good song, especially when you're in a relationship with somebody. A song for heartbreak prevention  I think it's perfect. Not over repetitive, a nice climax and the background piano aint annoying. You only really get into the track by overplaying it. Where most of her others get old from the overplaying. Anyways take a second listen to this hidden gem :heehee:
December 16, 200816 yr Author 9 Don't The Stop The Music http://www.chartstats.com/images/singles/33587.jpg This one could have stolen Umbrella's 10 weeks at #1 if it were GGGB's lead single. However, Rihanna's second biggest record certainly deserved its spot in the countdown. This is my play-fullblast-in-the-car song and I still heart it. The performance of it on her live dvd is huuuge. Probably the most overplayed club song and most remixed song ever?? The video is grreat especially her hair n all. Hopefully Miss Fenty never stops the music! :)
December 16, 200816 yr We Ride is amaze and Don't Stop The Music always gets my booty on the dance floor..
December 16, 200816 yr We Ride is Rihanna's worst song to date, insane decision to realese it IMO. Adore Dont Stop the Music though, not one of my favourites from GGGB to start with but when it was realesead as a single i truely started to love it.
December 16, 200816 yr We Ride = :puke2: Not as bad as you're fave Question Existing though :puke: Don't Stop the Music = AMAZING!
December 17, 200816 yr Author 8 A Girl Like Me http://www.chartstats.com/images/albums/553.jpg A countdown full of suprises. I don't remember anyone raving about this stunning track :o It was her second album's title track so how could you miss me. An almost blues song which reveals her innocent side. Its a really pretty song that doesn't deserve the overlooking it's been receiving. Again the more listens, the more you love it. :bounce:
December 17, 200816 yr Author 7 Cry http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/6875/crybg8.jpg So bizzare that lyrics are 'you won't see me cry' and by the end of the track you end up crying. A Unfaithful Part 2? Anyways I prefer this one much more. Unfaithful gets a bit whiny and annoying sometimes. This song imo has the deepest lyrics out of all her song, even better than Final Goodbye and A Million Miles. A must for your depro playlist. Ahh Rih you're turning people into cry babies
December 17, 200816 yr Author http://albunsdowloads.blogspot.com/2008/09...mixes-2008.html Oops no I stumbled upon it on google. I love it too :)
December 18, 200816 yr Adore 'Cry', 'Don't Stop The Music' and 'We Ride' I agree about 'We Ride' so overlooked, it actually is an amaze song. Don't agree on 'A Girl Like Me' though, kinda boring tbh. :(
December 18, 200816 yr Author Yipp Cry is such an amazingly perfect album track. We Ride's overlooking caused it's unfortunately tsk tsk. Thanks for da comments :)
December 18, 200816 yr Author 6 Breakin Dishes http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/4130/rihnnabreakindishesyh7.jpg That cancelled-confirmed-cancelled song which got boring for me after probably two hundred plays in the first week after first listen. Upbeat with attitude form ah perfect platform overplaying this. What annoyed me was how the Gym Class Heroes made an almost identical sounding chorus for their single Cookie Jar. I would have loved to see a bitchy video for it. From Disturbia to this you'd almost think she's a serial killer lol. Anyways this sound really works for her and hope it carries through with it onto the next album because the demos are hideous.
December 18, 200816 yr Would be in my top 3 Rihanna songs definatly, ridicolous that it wasnt a single.
December 18, 200816 yr Author 5 Final Goodbye http://images.paraorkut.com/img/pics/images/r/rihanna-5699.jpg From her Girl Like Me album, a unique ballad perfect for a movie theme. It truly is breathtaking and builds up and up leaving you with a different emotion each time. A Girl Like Me's 3rd song in my countdown. A hugely underrated album. And now this girl never says goodbye to the charts, gosh.
December 18, 200816 yr Author Would be in my top 3 Rihanna songs definatly, ridicolous that it wasnt a single. :o Gosh. I know, it should've replaced SUAD or HTILY
