Posted December 21, 200816 yr Achieving its 27th week in the top 75, Viva La Vida is now Coldplay's most successful UK single! Alos, at sales approaching 300k, it has outsold 2000's Yellow! Hurrah etc.
December 21, 200816 yr Author not my favourite [coldplay] single though. Really? For me it is, and I am quite chuffed it has done so well. Trouble was always my fave, and I thought they would never better it, tbh. Its great when the best tracks by artists give them their biggest hit - Stereophonics Dakota is another example :P
December 21, 200816 yr OK, NO WAY is 'Dakota' Stereophonics, best single. Have you not heard, 'Local Boy in the Photograph'!?

December 21, 200816 yr good to see that one of their latest singles is their biggest as the opposite looks likely for the album
December 21, 200816 yr Haha, yes, I have been a Phonics fan for ages - I love Have A Nice Day as well! then how to think Dakota is there best  it's all about Performance and Cocktails tbh, they slowly went downhill after. the last 2 or 3 albums have been p*** porr tbh.

Yep, the last 3 albums have not been good - P&C was a great album, but I think some of their later singles pissed all over it!
December 21, 200816 yr Author They should of gave up after Just Enough Education and end in a high. I love Dakota though, so glad they didn't!
December 22, 200816 yr Don't get me wrong I like VLV but I am so surprised at how well it has done. It doesn't even reach my top 20 Coldplay songs yet it's their most successful
October 17, 201014 yr Viva la vida is back in the offical uk top 75 at number 42 this week, which means we can add in or around another 5,000 sales to ita tally.
