January 20, 200916 yr Belarussian entry has been chosen - Petr Elfimov with Eyes That Never Lie. A cross between Lithuania 2008 and Iceland 2007 with a pinch of Montenegro 2008 to my ears. Not my thing. No Shady Lady that's for sure... Will post video later.
