Why the hell would she say anything bad about Heidi or Keisha? She's been out of the band for over three years now and has never bad-mouthed them once. She actually went down to the CD:UK studios to support them on their first performance with Amelle but the girls didn't want to talk to her because they felt 'uncomfortable' - what would you do if you were in that position? She made the effort but they didn't want her there, which is fair enough. But how the hell does that make Mutya a b**ch? Okay, she told management about her departure before she told her bandmates, but she didn't want to get into legal trouble, so that's very understandable. And regarding Amelle, she's said before that she 'doesn't know her to like her, but doesn't know her not to like her either', so I don't see why Mutya's such a bad person. There's nothing more I'd love than for them all to be friends again, but it obviously doesn't work like that. Haven't you all noticed that it's Keisha and Heidi who tend to bring up Mutya in interviews, whereas Mut prefers not to talk about it. Anyway, the Catfights album booklet thank-yous (and the fact that Keisha danced to Mutya's performance at the MOBOs) pretty much shows that things may not be perfect, but they're not that bad either.

 

And Mutya actually only skipped promotional events after her album began to flop, which is very understandable, considering her label practically gave up on her. They went against practically everything she wanted to do. I know for a fact she'll be kicking herself now about missing some events and stuff, but would they really have benefited her if everything was going down the pan anyway?

 

She's trying to get back into the public eye again, and that's not easy when the majority of the public hate you because you don't smile enough, or appear in every possible advertisement you can. Maybe you'd all be better waiting until the show actually starts, so you can her for the nice girl she is, and not the silly 'ghetto princess' that's been created by your mind and other peoples' stereotypes.

Because she was the one who bullied Siobhan out of Sugababes, and she is the one who constantly sort of 'brings up' Mutya in interviews when they have a new single coming out. Now I understand media exposure is good but you don't go around spreading stuff about people you apparently really care for. And you don't turn them down when they actually come to see you and try to make up.

 

 

Oh DEAR... Believe me 'mate', I don't need to attention seek in the forum I help moderate. It's my opinion; she's a ghastly girl who treated Heidi like rubbish when she left, frequently skipped her own promotional gigs to go out partying instead; that's why her solo career fell over - she didn't put the effort in. You don't cancel your own gigs claiming illness only to go out partying that same night. She has a bad work ethic and a bad attitude and if she puts on a big display of niceness in the house then I guess in her defence she's not too bad an actress, but I'd be willing to bet she'll bad-mouth the 'Babes in there...

 

She treated Heidi like rubbish?! PLEASE MAN! Open your eyes! She had a baby and neither Keisha or Heidi cared about that. All they cared for was their careers! Does the fact she wanted to concentrate on her child more than she did on her career make Mutya a bad person? The girl had her priorities.. JEEZ!

 

As for Heidi being hurt.. Rob (sugatime) already explained about the legal stuff so I really don't get what the big deal is if they didn't find out first - it was childish to make such a big deal of it, if anything.

 

And about missing gigs to go out partying.. did you see any of that during the promotion of her first 2 singles? When the label actually supported her! Answer is no. But then for some strange reason they just lost faith in the project.. cheap videos, bad single formats, zero to none promotion.. I can say I quite understand Muts for skipping out on gigs out of which the label gets money.. she was probably obvious to the fact they just didn't give a sh*t about her anymore, which is just a shame.

If he hates Mutya, okay that his opinion. But don't comment on that. We life in a world where you can say your own things. Yes you CAN comment him back but you don't have to slag off.

 

And Kal, I don't want to be a bully to you but, how do you know that about Keisha? Did Siobhan told you that face to face?

You can believe all the hype from the press but that's not true, and you guys know that. Siobhan could have problems with her self too .. maybe Keisha and Mutya were too busy with Sugababes and maybe they had the spirit of: Come on, we have to do this! And that they said to her .. come on don't be so lazy, we have to go for our band!!! And that thát made Siobhan to leave.

I'm a perfectly nice person who is perfectly entitled to an opinion... It's not like I have nothing to back it up. As I said, I don't really see much good in somebody who shared her life with two of her best friends for four years and then walked out on them without a parting goodbye; if your closest friend did that to you would you be alright with it? It's my prerogative, I think Mutya is pretty low for that and for other reasons.

 

It's also blatantly clear that Mutya going into BB is NOT the same as Sugababes 'selling out' to big brands, as was suggested. Big Brother is not a career-booster, it's a chance for vapid people without fulfillment in their lives to make a big deal of showing the world how brilliant they are - except 90% of the time they come off looking like idiots and they don't even understand why the viewing audience haven't fallen in love with them.

 

Perhaps I'll consider the possibility that Mutya is a changed girl if she does manage to avoid gabbing off about the 'Babes and if she does seem genuinely lovely - but until then I'll be sticking to my opinion, which is that she isn't worthy of walking on the same ground as Heidi Range or Keisha Buchanan (or Amelle for that matter). I'm really sorry that you can't just see my point of view like I can see yours. At the end of the day we're both relying on what we've heard; whether what 'Lady Lloyd' has said is what really happened, who are you or I to know? Neither of us has heard anything from the horses' mouths themselves so we form judgements. Yours is that Mutya is a princess, mine is that she's a frog. End.
