At first I have to admit I didnt like Lauren. The mad eyes annoyed me but now I actually love them/her!

She has been really fantastic - and only gets better ;)

cant understand archie.... gonna kill danielle? hates her? why?

Yeah, I have to say that this is one angle of the story (a pretty major one) I don't get. Why does Archie want rid of Danielle? I never miss Eastenders but I can't work it out.

Is his better relationship with Ronnie at the moment for real, or an act? If it's real I guess I can see why. Presumably he lied about her baby dying to hurt her, so Ronnie finding out about Danielle will make her hate him again. I suppose he is supposed to be 'evil', but if I was in his position I'd be happy to have a granddaughter and I'd say the whole dying thing must have been a mix up. :s

Isn't it odd how characters nearly always improve on their exit week? (I'm not sure if everyone knows how the storyline ends, sorry if you thought this was a proper spoiler)

Archie doesn't hate Danielle. But he told Ronnie that her baby died when he first came into it. There's no other option for him- she has to go otherwise the truth he has recently got with Ronnie will be immediatly stopped.

I think Archie has slowly become more and more twisted. He thinks Peggy is now under his control, he already had Roxy and now he seems to have convinced Ronnie hes a changed person...

Killing Danielle seems very drastic and confusing but I think part of him doesnt want the boat to be rocked - Ronnie finding out he lied - but also the evilness in him wants to see Ronnie suffer and not be reunited with her daughter. God knows why he feels threatened at loosing V so much.

Theres some very interesting behaviour at the Wedding -

Like he moves Roxys name card from his table and puts Ronnies beside him...really stirring between them!

Archie is one superbly twisted character!

Hows everyone enjoying it?

I'm more excited everyone will know what happens at last and I can talk about it :cheer:

She's dead!

Danielle was one of my favourites, and it really made me cry.

Oh my god. For the last five minutes I literally lay open-mouthed. My dad was actually talking and I didn't hear, I was that transfixed :heehee: Frigging sad ending or what? Jesus. Oh my god. Oh my god!

Ronnie deserves every award going for that. The final scene with her shrieking was just perfection.

Absolutely. Sam Janus was just superb.

That last scene with no music...her screams...so haunting :(

dramatic :o love the ending and the atmosphere of the storyline, I never liked Danielle, but that was her best performance, thank god the writers saw sense to write her off though, it made a great story.

Overall great acting from Sam Janus.

The best Eastenders episode in a LONG time. Ronnie was BRILLIANT! Although everyone was actually good.

The Stacey/Max thing though. Oh dear NO!

The Stacey/Max thing though. Oh dear NO!

! That was funny :heehee:

Stacey > "Back in a minute, i have to be sick!" FABULOUS.

Stacey was amazing  Between she, Ronnie and Janine, the acting was impeccable. Peggy too, at the wedding, though she was a little OTT with her big eyes at the altar :heehee: But yes. Just... stunning.
"GET OUT. GET OUT. GET OUT" Poor Peggy! So glad everyone has got to see the real Archie now!
