Tonight's episode  Fabulous! Janine digging her claws in from the word go was a nice little touch. Also Tamwar's wooden plank impression never fails to get me in fits.

Great ending tonight. I thought Heather was going to be dead when she entered the Arches!

Heather was amazing tonight

Brace yourselves for Tracy Tuesday tomorrow :cheer:

well im not a corrie fan so i would say its rubbish 90% of the time, for me eastenders was and is the best soap and brookside was my 2nd

Brookside lost its plot about seven years before it ended! It started off brilliantly and then went downhill rapidly. I think it started to fall apart after Ricky Tomlinson left and then definitely when Sue Johnston and John McCardle left.

While it was good ... Brookside was far better then EE, Corrie and Emmerdale all rolled in together.

Norma

I absolutely loved Brookside, my favourite program ever  it was so different and crazy at times. I still can't believe it was axed so hastily, it pisses all over half of the soaps today. I just wish i'd been around to see the 80's, I heard it was at its best back then.
And the best award goes to Heather tonight for having the last laugh with Phil
Brace yourselves for Tracy Tuesday tomorrow :cheer:

I'm actually interested in seeing this. I'm a bit obsessed with Tracy.

Hope it doesn't disappoint :D I was sittng there :o with every word she spoke :heehee:

It's good she's finally going to get quite a lot of lines tonight, then. Hopefully she can speak more in future episodes.

'Tracey's the woman for me!'

Loving the chemistry Janine has with Syed, and the sheer amusement of seeing short-ass Lucy bully Whit, who looks about five years older.

How fab was Tracy last night?! And she was 4TH in the credits!

Oh the unintentionally hilarious moment of the night though - Heather Cam!

Wheres Harry Hill when you need him! :heehee:

Stacey has Bipolar apparently :o

Wow what a mixed week next week.

I officially LOVE the new Doctor  So fit.

Comedy with Jane/Tanya to plenty of serious stuff...and a cheesy airport chase on Friday :cheer:

Oh and random but I heard Amy Studt - Nice Boys playing. :P Random but I spotted it :D

I know it's a tad late, but it has to be said last night's episode was FANTASTIC.

Ben reaching new heights of feebleness and high-pitchedness.

Drunk Phil - Steve McFadden is never better than when he's playing the lush. Great fun. His rant against Heather was horrific but brilliantly done.

The Masoods continuing to be marvellous - I like the Syed/Janine alliance. Syed remains hot.

The pure ridiculousness of Heather's dying swan routine through the Square. And the truly BIZARRE filming technique.

And most of all TRACY. I do hope this is a new beginning for her.

LOL at Phil ranting at her and then trying to proposition her and Tracy keeping her perfectly STIFF facial expression throughout.

"Empires come, and empires go, and Tracy remains behind the bar". GENIUS.

Phil: "Do you HAVE any opinions?"

Tracy: *blank expression*

1.40-3.20 is classic viewing.

EE is going through a GOOD phase :o And this may upset the Sam Janus fans, but Steve MacFadden really is the on-form cast member right now.

So glad Tracy Tuesday didnt disappoint

Her scenes deserve awards :cheer:

I agree about Steve - even better next week but Sam Janus is back on top. The Christening turns into a typical Mitchell pantomime :D

LOVED the filming technique used on Heather.

Oh and I'm going off Syed...erm something about his voice is annoying me and now I've seen the very hot Doctor Al all sweaty I'm edging towards him
