Im prefering daniella's performances more this round round than when she was on the show before, she will never be as good as kim for me but im pleastanlty surprised by how improved daniella is.

Im loving the lucas storyline and im looking forward to all the twists and turns to come.

Tonights episode of EastEnders had some shoddy acting. I was supportive of Daniella and was giving her time to come grow, but just when I thought she was getting good she did that hilarious performance tonight when she was upset and Peggy's angry-teeth face topped it off. Together their hysterics put on a comedy, also something about Daniella's mouth tonight, it seemed really tight when she was speaking whilst pretending to be upset, words seemed really hard to push through her gritted teeth and tightened lips. Really weird. I hope however in a few weeks when she's bought some of her own clothes (Sam explained that she had a boyfriend controlling her, buying her slutty clothes in Brazil just like Peggy had Archie controlling her and buying her clothes) and her "out of a bottle" tan fades she'll become more of a Sam I remember.
Daniella's teeth just lit up my TV Screen, they were so white and sparkling. Does she use Colgate, or McCleans Gleaming White to glow in the dark.

Whilst Kim certainly was a better actress, I still prefer Daniella as for me she is the 'real' Sam Mitchell.

Her scenes with Babs tonight certainly made me cringe on several occasions :heehee:

Oh, and I just know I'm going to dislike Manda's son very much lol.

Sam's crying tonight was terrible, but that aside i felt so sorry for bianca, i want ricky and bianca back together not ricky and sam. Im assuminng ricky will marry sam and end up having an affair with bianca or he will ditch sam on the wedding day.

Bianca is truly fantastic. When Ricky told her he thinks he still loves Sam and she sort of nodded and smiled whilst radiating crushing disappointment I wanted to cry for her. :( TEAM B! Oh and:

01. Jack Branning's chest is not all that. Hairy chests are nearly always mongy.

02. Manda's son is my new most-hated character OF ALL TIME. Disabled AND offensively ugly? I'm guessing the producers hate him as much as I do!

Because he's disabled he's hated? I haven't seen him yet though so can't comment on the ugliness.

I wish they'd gotten that Kim whatshername who played Sam instead of that wrinkled tramp Daniella Westbrook. I feel ill just looking at her.

Love the ending, it was practically a parody of a Carry on movie, hilarious  Sam Mitchell's face at the end was PRICELESS

I was just marvelling at how they couldn't possibly have an attractive disabled character! According to EE anybody disabled is auto-fug.

What a suitably ridiculous finale to a ridiculous week headed up by the ridiculous comeback of a ridiculous excuse for an actress.

I'm warming to the idea of Westbrook being back on our screens, because she's so LAUGHABLY bad in EVERY aspect, she is oddly mesmerising.

I did love the whodunnit montage just before the chase. Although I do wish we'd had more reaction on the part of Tracy.

I like Daniella as Sam, and though I cringed at her crying in both Thursday and Friday's episodes I also remember cringing at Kim Medcalfs crying, who seemed to sob with no tears, pout and widen her mouth all whilst hiccing between each sniff.

After watching the Sam Mitchell show on BBC3 after Friday's episode I really warmed to Daniella being back on screen. She looks so much better in her own clothes and with her straightened hair, much younger. Daniella said in that show that she went shopping with the costume department and picked the brightest tackiest/slutty clothes she could get as she herself would never wear them but could wear them as Sam who had just got back from Brazil. So hopefully this means that her wardrobe is her Brazil clothes and now that she's back in Walford it'll tone down. A week or two in prison ought to sort out that fake tan hopefully aswell.

I was quite shocked when I read that Daniella only returned because Sam needed to put a close to the Den Watts storyline and be a temporary blip for Ricky and Bianca. Does that mean she'll be leaving shortly after she's done her bit in both of these storylines?

Im not sure as i did wonder myself how long Daniella was returning for? It would make sense for her to only make a brief return and end up in jail, and then for ricky and bianca to get back together but something tells me their re union should it happen wont happen until christmas.

Also does anyone know if Lucas is staying with the show or will he be leaving on the conlusion of the Trina storyline???If so im hoping Lucas goes back to his nasty side so we will see what he is really really capabale of.

My guess is they'll be adopting a wait-and-see approach with Danielle, after being burnt by her so many times before.

I can't see how Lucas can possibly stay on the Square once he's exposed, but odder things have happened.

Ya i agree on Lucas it does seem like there is no way he can stay but they could twist the storyline in many ways. I loved how they have slowly introduced Lucas and have built the charactor up.

I just watched that and found it quite interesting. I'm glad she feels like the return is a part of her recovery in a sense but I still don't think it was the right thing for the show. It's a bit irritating to witness such a lack of consistency as displayed by Sam, from young tearaway to matured woman to overly flamboyant slut.

At the minute I feel like Eastenders is brilliant in the main. They've had so many success stories and great characters, most of all the Massoods who have truly been the highlight of the show for months now, and I'd hate to see intricate relationships like theirs with one another and with the rest of the square overshadowed by tacky storylines revolving around an old tart.
