The Maswoods have indeed being great and i must admot they have grown on me alot over recent months. Im not sure overall what i think of Sam being back but i like her return in the sense that it was developed Ricky and Biancas re union storyline as for me the fantastic patsy palmer can never have enough screen time and i love her overall family scenaio setting.

Overall i also agree that the show is strong in the main area;s as there is a consistant flow of storylines and it doesnt evolve around anyone family or charactor.

I think the remainder of the year will also be good, as we have the conclusion to the archie and lucas storylines which i think both will be great, we have jim branning back aswell which is great to have and there is so much else happening aswell.

AND BEFORE I FORGET EVERYONE PLEASE PLESAE go to the national tv awards website on itv and VOTE FOR EASTENDERS for best serial drama and make it 5 years in a row.

Daniella's acting was shocking on Friday, she cant do crying scenes at all.

She is terrible absolutly terrible at crying scenes.

S o toinight Trina's body was found, im loooking forward to all the twists and turns from this now.

There is going to be a live episode for the show's 25th anniversary 19th Feb 2010.
I hope Daniella FLUFFS it and gets sacked again. That will be highly AMUSING.

:heehee:

i wonder if anyone fluffs on the big night what will happen, im sure it wont go down well with the big heads whoever messes up, but i have the confidence in the cast that nothing will go wrong.

I just can't take this 'bi-polar' thing seriously. Apart from thinking of fluffy yet vicious white vicious bears every time I hear the expression, it just sounded so funny when Bradley said it to Stacey the other night .... 'what ... do you mean you're bi-polar'.

As someone who has a lot of experience of it I have to say I'm very impressed with how they are handling it all with both Jean and now Stacey.

I've seen people saying they hope EE wrap it up soon, but it's not something that's just wrapped up and I really hope EE don't make that mistake =/

What exactly is bi-polarism though? Does it mean that one goes from one extreme to another, i.e. on an enormous happy high one minute and then in the depths of despair the next? Because if it is ... don't we all suffer from that? I know I'm like that all the time ... but I just thought its normal! Seriously ... one minute I'm as happy as anything and the next ... I feel like ending it all.

I suppose in a way yea your right.

I'm only speaking from personal experience and certainly not describing how it is for everyone but those highs and lows are certainly not normal IMO.

There is no control over how high or how low you go and no self control over it at all. I can't remember medical terms and stuff but the medication is essential for controlling it.

But you see I disagree. Those highs and lows are normal! In a bygone age (and I'm not talking eons back - maybe just as far as the 70's / 80's) these extreme feelings were just normal and people just bloody well got on with it. I'm not certain when the phrase 'bi-polar' came into being but I'm bloody sure a drugs company thought of it and used it as an excuse to make money.

Fair enough, I've heard people question it before but I can't explain it.

It's not just being down it's so much worse. I don't think I could really put it into words tbh. Some people I suppose just have those lows worse than others.

Bianca was such an OBVIOUS culprit. I stand by my original idea that it should have been Tracey.

My mate is bi polar and from he does tell me the lows are very low and so low that he has tried to take his own life, the lows last for like a week or more never for just a day and he simply has no interest in anyone or anything, when he is high is full of life and everything is like lets do this lets do that, what i have noticed alot with him is he never just has a normal day like most of us do, i know i have days where im not in down mood or up mood im just simply content, i think when someone is bi polar, normal content days simply dont exist, everything is extremes for people with bi polar, that is my take on it going from experience with my mate.

Eastenders have handled the bi polar very well and many of the scenes are similar to days i have had with my mate, i think jean in particular is portrayed fantastically and stacey has played it out very well so far. In general the show has being highly praised for how they have handled the storyline and the scene a few months back where jean was telling stacey she was bi polar were fantastically written. I agree that the worst thing they could do is warp up the storyline or even worse just forget about it but they wont as jean has played the bi polar role since she started in show and she has being on the show for about 3 years now.

FTF that put it better than I could. I always feeling like I'm exaggerating it if I say it like that, but what you say is really true.

Thanks ryan i was hoping it made sense what i was trying to say.

One litlle thing troubling me about fridays episode was when ricky said he asked jack to get info from his ex work mates about who reported sam,why would jack who is Bianca;s uncle land her in it with the mitchells, to me it didnt make sense.

DANNIELLA Westbrook's return to EastEnders will be short-lived - she will be gone by New Year.

The former cocaine addict is set to leave the show for a THIRD TIME - just two weeks after viewers saw her reprise her role as Sam Mitchell.

Last night show bosses confirmed Danniella is on a three-month contract, which will not be renewed. She will leave as part of an explosive storyline at the end of the year.

Oh well, as sad as this news is, we still have a couple of month. Let's hope for lots of crying scenes between now and then!
