Circus only peaked that low because it has been out since the albums release and has slowly sold 100k over the past 12 weeks of charting. If You Seek Amy will have a much stronger chance at the top ten because it has not been selling well in the charts for an extended period before it's official release.

Because we didn't learn about the official radio release for Circus until 4 days before. I think that it will be March 2nd just because the video will be premiered before March 5th.

Do we even know the video is premiering before then? Britney.com just said it wouldn't be premiering on the 5th or 6th but the site would say something when a date was confirmed.

I just think it would be stupid to premiere the video before an official radio release. Because the video will pump up airplay...

In the US: #3 and I THINK it peaked at #6 on the worldwide charts.

 

In the UK #13, but it has surpassed 100k sales already. :D
