It's a shame that Sean Penn didn't win for his absolutely astounding performance in Milk. =/ Probably because it was gay. I haven't seen the Wrestler to be fair, but seriously?

 

Glad Vicky Cristina Barcelona got an award as well.

I've not seen The Wrestler either, but it's meant to be very very good. Can't wait to see it myself personally.

 

Suprised at Slumdog Millionaire. :o Looks like it could do very well at the Oscars.

The Wrestler just does not appeal to me at all tbh. I'm sure it's good, but to me, nothing this year has even come close to Sean Penn's performance as Harvey Milk. Well, here's hoping that he wins the Oscar.

Kate Winslet's acceptance speeches :wub: Utterly ridiculous. Her breasts were an inch closer to gravity by the end!
