To say I'm not big on Avril would be an understatement but 'Hot' was her best single in a while and it didn't grate the way 'Girlfriend' did after a few months. The lyrics in the verses are especially good; her live performances of it were especially bad. Can't win 'em all!

I don't understand the appeal of this whatsoever... god knows how/why it became a single. It's just 'alright'. And very UN-Luke!

I like Hot, it's one of the best on that album but i do think there's something very vital missing with it.

 

I Will Be is gorgeous, here's hoping for a UK release
