But that's the point. All songs that are selling well on downloads have been disqualified because a physical single is not available.

'Gold Digger' is not available in the two big cities I live in. So why has it not been disqualified along with Blunt and the Babes?

They are disqualified for amount of time in the chart, nothing to do with a physcial release not being available.
