Ballads are hit and miss I guess. I was amazed Yohanna did so well, have any other ballads been entered in the past few contests? My memory's turned to cabbage rather. :(

Ballads tend to not do so hot.

 

Delta qualified but didn't do too well in the final, and i've had failures before with Ballads but then again it was the second contest when i sent the ballad :kink:

 

Oh and Nevio/Cilmi was quite ballady.

 

 

It'd make a good host entry tho, but it's not likely to finish in the top half of the table. I have no idea why but ballads just dont seem to do well on here :(
