The floorboards were fixed two weeks ago. They were creaking ominously. The chaps who did that also fixed the balustrade (it has been loose for a while), fixed the lid of a drain, and plastered all the cracks in the house.

 

Currently, the canopy above the front door has just been replaced, the fascia has been replaced and all the drain pipes.

 

Eventually, some rooms need new lighting, and further redecoration and 3 rooms need new carpets. That will all be done in stages though. :cheer:

It'll be like living in a new house when all the work is done
