Nadine Coyle has hit the promotional trail for her new album ‘Insatiable’ and those questions about Cheryl Cole just won’t stop coming.

In an interview with Ryan Tubridy on RTE radio this morning, the Girls Aloud star admitted that she’s not sure if Cheryl Cole ever actually contracted malaria.

When asked if she really suffered from the tropical disease, or if it was a ‘makey uppy’, Nadine replied:

“I don’t know. I actually don’t know.”

Ryan then asked if Nadine texted Cole. Coyle revealed:

“I texted to make sure she was alright and everything but I’m sure she was too busy or whatever.”

Tubridy pressed:

“Because she didn’t get back to you?”

Nadine just murmured ‘Mmm hmm’ and seemed keen to move on.

I have a question. Is everyone best friends with EVERYONE they work with? The answer is no, cheryl and Nadine work together, doesnt mean they have to like each other. As long as they work together well it is good.
I dont think cheryl and nadine were ever super close, nadine was close with kimberley in the beginning and then it seemed like she was closer to sarah. Cheryl is definitley closer to Kim and Nic. Although I do remember in the fly on the wall documentary when they went to australia they did mention Nadine and Cheryl drinking the contents of Nadine's mini bar (which got cheryl sick) while the others did something else, and i did love that convo they had about wardrobe when they were walking down to the hotel lobby but that doesnt cement that they're best buds and that was 4/5 years ago, things change.

There's nothing too pessimistic about this interview.

It's no news that Nadine has grown appart from the group and it's quite natural she doesn't feel best friend with the other girls.

On the other hand, Cheryl, Nic and Kim seem to be super close, and Sarah too lately.

The positive thing is that Nadine doesn't intend to quit the group at all. I'm pretty confident we'll have an album next autumn/winter.

On the Radio 1 yesterday Nadine told that someone should ring them up and say that he had a huge hit for them. And they'd go back. :P Also she told that it depends on the schedules of other girls as she is on her own label and does whatever she wants. As other girls other than Cheryl aren't really busy - it's in Cheryl's hands now. I wonder will she tour next summer as well as Nadine?

And to be honest, I got on with the Girls Aloud non-existance now. It won't be a tragedy for me if they don't go back. Besides, I want to listen to the Nicola solo album. :P

There isn't a Nicola solo album, she's just writing for other people.

I think it's inevitable we'll see a Cheryl tour, after her BEP support this year. SHall be interesting to see what happens after that!

^ If all goes well for Nadine, i think she'll tour before Cheryl as she'd be more confident with it?
Nadine Coyle has reportedly vowed to never return to Girls Aloud after claiming her bandmates keep snubbing her.

According to Closeronline.co.uk, sources close to the Irish singer have stated that Coyle was 'fuming' after Cheryl Cole and Co failed to congratulate her on her engagement to American footballer Jason Bell.

Insiders claim that the rest of Girls Aloud never contacted the star as they are suspicious over Nadz wedding plans because Coyle announced she was engaged while in London promoting her first solo single, Insatiable.

Despite Nadine claiming she wouldn't want GA to split, a pal of the Coyle told Closer: “Nadine knows that she is relying on a lot of the Girls Aloud fan base to buy her records,”

“But the reality is after what she sees as a series of snubs from the girls, she can’t imagine re-joining them. There’s just too bad an atmosphere."

They added: “Nadine is praying that her solo career works out so she doesn’t have to consider reforming – the way things stand that would be her biggest nightmare. She just wants to concentrate on her solo work and her engagement to Jason.”

Meanwhile, X Factor judge Cheryl may have debuted her new video for Promise This over the weekend but Nadine has also unveiled a set of sexy stills from her first solo video.

Coyle is seen in a short black dress showing off her trademark legs in the promo directed by Wayne Isham who has worked with Britney Spears, Muse and Bon Jovi.

Speaking of her debut solo vid, Nadz stated: "It was so much fun making the video - even though I was sprayed with water and had a bad neck afterwards after all the hair flicking and rocking out I did!"

We wouldn't expect any less Miss. Coyle...

Kimberley Walsh has claimed that Girls Aloud will "never break up".

The 'Like U Like' singer, who previously hinted that the popular girlband will return from their hiatus in 2012, joked with Cosmopolitan that the fivesome are commited to touring again, no matter what other obligations they may have.

When asked if Girls Aloud had secretly split, Walsh declared: "No way. I don’t think we’ll ever officially break up, to be honest. It’ll be more a case of having breaks to go out and do little things we want to do, then coming back again.

"We’ll definitely tour again. We’re a live act; that’s where we come into our own. Who knows - we might even have babies on board next time!"

Despite her promise of a comeback, Walsh confessed that she was looking forward to fading into obscurity.

"Bring on that day - it doesn’t bother me at all. I genuinely never ever got in it for the fame... I'm not one who feels the need for adoration.

"No matter what way you look at it, it’s a privileged job. How can I moan about things that come with it? I can’t."

She better be right, and really hope we have a new studio album by the end of 2012!
Tbf, Kimberley is taking complete and utter horse poo poo here. She's no fortune-teller! She may have a desire to return to the band, but do the others? There's no way you can ever take this sort of comment seriously.

I think from this moment onwards, it all depends on how well or baddly Cheryl goes down in the US. If they do get back together, they need to not leave it too late though - the media interest in them (and in particlar Cheryl) isnt going to be as high as it is forever.

Obviously I imagine Kimberley (and probably Sarah & Nicole too) would return at a moments notice.

I'll be gutted if they split up :( Would be the first band I've loved to split up :( I don't count S Club as I was like 5 then :P

The Spice Girls said the same.....all throughout the seven years they were gone. I think it's over for them now :(

LOL at Kimba and her chattering

This sounds very Spice Girls, and I love them for getting back together for a proper goodbye, but there was barley any new music etc. with that, and they were a huge band like massive, Girls Aloud just are not- its Cheryl who is the massive one.

I think they will release a Sound of Girls Aloud Volume 2 and then give us a UK tour and new single next year and that will be that.

Oh! and we will get a live album and a Sound Of Girls Aloud:The Complete Collection to fulfill their record deal ;) Spice Girls signed a 3 album deal and only released Forever and Greatest Hits...
