Not bad I guess, there's no need for this band to chart too high anyway. :P

Talk about crash and burn for Shontelle, down another place today, a physical release does not improve any chances of getting higher, its about time physicals and downloads are released in the same week.

Katy Perry's Thinking Of You was #50 last week, surely it can't be that far off from the top 40, one of the lower tracks will certainly drop out, out of the 4, Saturdays or The Killers might just be one of the unlucky victims to crash out.
Pleased for the Killers, would love to get some sales this week too!

Yup, its up about 10 places on average compared with its iTunes position last week, so it can't be far away. Plus the last minute sales following her performance on Ant & Dec (that gave Take That a 5-10 place jump on those sales alone last week) should easily see her top 40 come Sunday's chart.

Also there might be a late download entry from Enrique inside the top 40, he seems to be climbing up the iTunes chart very rapidly, actually its not even a bad single, I quite like it.

I'll be mildly surprised if he sneaks in - he's still out the top 40 on iTunes (#42) and we're half way through the week. He's probably somewhere between #45-#50 in the current mids so needs to average higher than #35 on iTunes for the second half of the week to get into the top 40. Reckon he'll just miss out and end up at somewhere between #40-#45.

This is the best that can be done for a new artist. Making physicals takes time and is a risk as they might not sell.

If people aren't going to buy the physical they aren't going to create one.

Thanks Martin. Just heard the new single on the radio, so hopefully it will benefit the album again in a little while.

Not likely, but maybe we'll see The Prodigy just sneak into the Top 40 with Invaders Must Die?

It's doing well on iTunes, it's up to #34.
