Happens with most albums, which is why on release week their sales are like 90,440 (990%) (532) or whatever :heehee:

Let the Keri fan(s) have their/his moment :)
BTW, I'm sure everyone's heard it, but Hey Girl leaked a few days back and that tune is HOT. It's going to be on Paradiso Girls album, but man, Keri's version is so much better. Talk about swagger...
Agreed. :D And Perfect World did 94k at #4, which is very pleasing indeed. All going well right now.
Pretty good considering a very average hit was the lead single.

I really like 'Alienated', 'Change Me' and 'Knock You Down'.

Rest of the album was pretty average though to be honest.

Expected to do another 35-40k this week.
Hmmf, I'd like 40k minimum. Even 35k though is a lesser drop than the average 66%. Apparently the label weren't expecting such a strong opening week; they only shipped 120k.
Album is pretty good, surprisingly.
Naturally. My current JAM is 'Change Me' Album comes out in the UK on May 11th, two weeks after the single and one week after Cici's 'Fantasy Ride'. Helluva fortnight for R&B, that!
Well I've listened to Return The Favour, Alienated, Turnin' Me On & Knock You Down. All 4 are boring imo and have very little remeberance. I do like Make Love & Energy. I'll give the album a miss. ;)

:o 'Knock You Down' is AMAZING! It's the future Summer smash! If you don't like the four above (Which along with 'Change Me' are the best from the album), then I doubt you'll like the album really ;) Shame really as it's a MASSIVE grower! Like Jark said anyway... "Your Loss" :P

Seeing as you charted DIVA at #1 I think your opinion on R&B music is officially void.

Don't start hating on Diva. That was one of the most pure fun songs in a while. It's "A Milli" like, but obviously with inferior lyrics. She's still Queen Bee. ;)

Anyway, Dan you should listen to Hey Girl. That's a hot track. It's obviously being used as another act's single, but Keri's full of attitude and it's got a great hook.

I love her album, anyway. Slow Dance is still my jam, but I don't think both SD and Make Love should've made the album. Their pretty similar, and as much as I love SD, the tracks back-to-back just doesn't work.

 Diva is one the worst pieces of reject TRASH i've ever HEARD. Seriously, wtf is there to it? It's bloody awful ear-rape, and the only song on Bey's album I can't STAND to listen too...

Perhaps not back to back, but Make Love is stunning, so...

Diva isn't even a song. It's an offence to music. Makes me want to spew out my insides!

'Diva' is pretty awful tbh. Keri Hilson and this album outweighs Beyonce and Sasha Fierce by miles for me.

Still getting into this album though, so I'd save a proper judgement for later but all the singles along with 'Knock You Down', 'Alienated' and 'Slow Dance' are major stand outs atm. Brilliant and long-awaited debut from Keri, she literally made Timbaland with 'The Way I Are' and I still remember how manic I was over 'Energy' last year.

Diva was hot, period. The song is pretty much a rehash of "A Milli", and if it were sung by anyone else it wouldn't be that great. It's all about Beyonce's attitude. Keri has swagger, but she's only on her debut album.

Hm, I don't know about that just yet. I didn't think much of "I Am..." but love "Sasha Fierce". She's on fire when she's singing those up-tempo tracks.
