June 4, 200916 yr That's unfair of them to say. You wouldn't want five girls with as strong voices as Vanessa anyway as it would be overpowering.
June 4, 200916 yr short clip of Set Me Off - still one of my favourite songs, just in general :) <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wIT6OQmfxw&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wIT6OQmfxw&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
June 4, 200916 yr Psshk from what i've seen they we better singers last night than GA have or ever will be for me.
June 4, 200916 yr Loving One Shot and Wordshaker. One Shot is definitely lead single potential.
June 5, 200916 yr Vanessa is injured! Check: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y229/emmieemmieemmie/Picture1-2.png
June 6, 200916 yr I've worked it out and I'm going to be spending over £140 on merchandise... This just isn't funny
June 12, 200916 yr i can't help but laugh that Vanessa injured herself in Dundee  I would have been at that gig if i wasn't in Aus!!! I go to Dundee uni, and i live their most of the year, so the Caird Hall is a hop skip and a jump from my flat! So gutted now!!!! Can't wait for T in the Park. They've got an earlyish slot so it'll be about 6 tracks
June 16, 200916 yr Ness was back standing and walking at Bristol two days ago: oWYDBPgpd0M She's not dancing yet though but it's a start. :)
June 21, 200916 yr I met them and saw them live at Wolverhampton yesterday. AMAZING :yahoo: Una stepped on my foot and couldn't apologise enough.. And then during the show, which I was second row for, When Vanessa was sat on the chair, she kept looking at me. Mollie kept waving and blew me a kiss, Frankie waved every 5 minutes and Una kept waving and pointing at me. My ex-favourite Rochelle (LOL) didn't even wave or look once!! She's off my Christmas card list now. Seriously, they were brilliant. Sang everything live and fantastically well. 10/10.
June 21, 200916 yr Glad you had a good time! I'm going to see them on Tuesday in Manchester. It's come so fast. :o
June 21, 200916 yr Yay Ness was dancing: AFdvQnjMX5U Don't think she was for every song but fab she is now for a few. :D Edited June 21, 200916 yr by Rain
June 23, 200916 yr Just back from the show. Had an amazing time. :D Vanessa was dancing for every song except Just Can't Get Enough and Work so that was fantastic. :) They were all really on point vocally, especially Ness and Una. The production really is amazing with the lighting and effects; they really did everything they could do in a theatre tour and I think if they ever do arenas they will be fantastic. High points were definitely: If This Is Love which sounds amazing with the band and better than the studio version, Wordshaker which I really can't wait to hear the studio version of, Fall which is my favourite song on the album and sung so beautifully , One Shot which I absolutely love and has the best staging of the night with the colours, Beggin' which got everyone moving and their version is great, Chasing Lights which is also fantastic and all the girls sing their parts well, the medley because they chose great songs the audience loved, Issues which has a gorgeous violin instrumental beforehand and finally Up for obvious reasons. :D Oh and also the Flipcam montage which is a great way to fill the costume change and got everyone laughing. Just a few low points; the intro VT is far too long with the girls each strutting down the catwalk from the Work vid, Lies which I've never been a fan of, Keep Her because it isn't an interesting enough song to do with no choreography or anything. I think they should have kept the ribbon routine which they used to do for it. And finally the advertisement to download Work which is so funny because Frankie says "to thank you for coming we have a treat for you" but then when the number flashes up it says "costs £1.50" which is hardly a treat lol. Overall, really great night and well worth £20. The two friends I went with loved it too. I definitely would go see them again and I'm really excited for their next album. :) edit - Oh and Pixie was amazing too! Her voice is fantastic live, especially during her song Bandaid. Great support act! Edited June 23, 200916 yr by Rain
