I find it amazing that the winner act are also on the same label as The Weepies! LMAO! I knew I should've picked "Not A Love Song" first. Oh well congratulations, good show everyone

Totally deserving winner  Congrats Rich!

Very happy with 11th too! Thanks Peter and everyone! Roll on BJSCXV :heehee:

I'd have voted:

12 Kopecka

10 Rivandia

8 AngelicLand

7 Hendina

6 Rontvia

5 Nonsuch

4 BaNG

3 Lorikeet

2 Cadbury

1 Dalisska

Wouldn't have changed the winner which makes me feel better! :D

By the way, I did not fix the voting order in any way to make this more exciting.

I was on the edge of my seat myself this afternoon when I was putting it all together, and I knew the winner!

I hate giving clues, but you have no idea how hard it was not to say anything when I saw that absolutely nobody had predicted Uh Huh Her to win, and many hadn't even considered it coming close!!

Congrats Rich!

I think I was like the only one who said FSR Rontvia was the dark horse in the predictions thread (well there was probably 1 or 2 more who said it :P)

and thanks Utopia! :)

Great contest, Peter, you did a great job as host! (Not that I have anyone to compare you with though, as it's my first contest! :P)

Quite pleased with coming 21st, especially seeing as I'm sandwiched between two great songs!

I think you were the only one who even considered they might do better than people were expecting.

Well done Peter for a brilliant job hosting and well done to Richard for winning for a second time.

:w00t: :w00t: :w00t:

I look forward to BJSC XV with a relief that Nonsuch did rather better than I feared they would do.

Believe me you did better than I thought as well...you scraped through the semis!

even I didn't think it would do well, although some people in the predicta thread said it would be a shock top 5/10

My scores match Pete's ^_^

FOOKING loads of small points in the end :heehee:

AHAHAHA! So many of my predictions came true!

  • 7th for Mdice and 19th for Kopecka, AGAIN. And they've all happened in the same contest! Mdice 7th and Kopecka 19th in III, XI AND XIV! :cheer:
  • Kopecka retain their bellweather status, with their 10 winning the contest as I predicted earlier! :w00t: A shame for Nickodonia, but at least you've finally come top 3! :D
  • One of Kopecka's top three win the contest for the third time running (discounting La Roux).

Veronica Powell has returned to her gospel in shame, but promises that she will return next month with her predictions! As the real woman behind Aaron, she is also pleased at her second place finish :kink:

Saint Etienne are said to be mildly disappointed at their 19th place result, but have been reassured that had Kit Curran participated they would have likely finished 12th with a near certain 12 from them! Talks over Kit Curran's independence have been initiated.

In other news, communications have been restored to Kopecka, and the news has leaked that during the worst of the results, an attempted coup d'etat occurred with the intention of executing President Cermet Karasol, led by forces rumoured to be recruited by Trashe Svantselius. Such rumours have been dismissed by Sr. Svantselius, however tensions remain, especially after reports that Camille was severely injured defending the President against the rebel forces.

I'd have voted:

12 Kopecka

Oooh, Saint Etienne could've come 13th! :o :w00t: I feel a LOT better about Saint Etienne now, seeing as had Kit Curran participated I would've had 110 points! ^_^

wow congrats Rich...well deserved mostly because nobody predicted :heehee:...again congrats and Im glad I finished top 5
III + XI = XIV, Trash. ;o Magic!
The BJSC is full of M.A.G.I.C.! :heehee:
