It's one of my least fave tracks along with 3 Little Words (coincidence?! :lol: ) on his album sampler. I MUCH more prefer Confusion Girl or Time Will Tell. But 3LW and BOA2 are very good as well ^_^

Amelle victorious in Ashtonise Court

 

An Ashtonise court has ruled in favour of Amelle Berrabah in the suing of Stacie Oricco and her "Chit Chat Today" TV 'show'.

 

The Judge awarded Amelle and the AMC $26,000,000 in damages. [Approx £156,882,000] After the panel of experts from around the Buzzjack continent decided that the Fortuni show was indeed in breach of the Ashtonise tv shows copyright. No one on the panel was from Ashton or Fortunia to ensure fairness, and the judge was flown in economy from Kopecka. The judge also upheld the Ashtonise ban on CCT.

 

Stacie and Fortunia have one week to pay the damages to Amelle and the AMC. If full payment is not made or a payment plan is not put into action by the end of the week, the GRd'A has vowed to enter the country and take the money themselves.

Fortunia was informed yesterday and Stacie was given the opportunity to give evidence via video link.

 

Ashton stresses that non of the people who made the decision were Ashtonise and nor had they visited the country before the hearing. The GRd'A wished to make the hearing as fair as possible.

 

The penalty is far smaller than the one handed out to a Chinese network that was ripping off Charmed two months ago. That fine was over £1billion.
