You haven't answered the question, Ashton. Case closed, Fortunia win back 120,000,000. It is impossible you could've sued them, as they didn't copy your show at all, your show didn't have sketches, guess that former entry, predict the entry. All it had that Fortunia had was interviews, which clearly weren't copied from you, they were just similar, to be expected as they cover the same stories.

Fortunia have just objected. Answer the question.

Fine.

The Ashtonise Media Corporation and Amelle Berrabah, Executive Producer of Afternoon Avec Amelle brought legal action against TVF and CCT after they felt that there were multiple similarities in the shows that were not present in any of the other Promotional Television Shows.

For Example, a non BJSC artist performing a current single in the middle of the show was an idea pioneered by Afternoon Avec Amelle in season 3. The questions were also highly similar to those used in Afternoon Avec Amelle, especially the use of "Now," at the start of a sentence, an Amelle trademark. The introduction of the performances are also following an AAA format. As is the use of songs from other contests.

Ashton XIV was announced and performed on AAA even tho we changed song and numerous former entrants have performed on AAA. Including Nat Bass and Red Blooded Women.

Had Afternoon Avec Amelle been credited for being an influence in the show, The AMC and Afternoon Avec Amelle team would not have brought legal action against FTV and CCT

Someone had to create some bloody controversy to make XV a bit more interesting

I would like to direct you to the bar at the bottom of the page which tells you who is reading the page.

Italics and a dotted line means they are replying.

I was gathering evidence.

I can assure you, Fortunia only watched 1 episode on Series 4, and not any more. They were inspired to make a show with the same coverage, but tried not to use the same as you. Interviews are obviously common, and the interviewee are nearly definately performing a song after the interview, which happened to be the preffered layout for the show. 2) Is there a law against using the word now? It's a common word, a friendly word, a time connective. The most common time connective, by no means was it used to make a twin of AAA.

EDIT: Fortunia stated that there was only a theme tune, not one the host's well known songs to introduce the show. The theme tune was the same throughout the show as was investigated, when the song sung by Stacie Orrico changed every episode.

I forgot, the sign off. The looking at jody is a indepth look at what Amelle did for the XII recap video back in season 1.

Oh, and Ashton XVI finished off the S4 show.

As said in the an earlier post, Fortunia have only watch 1 episode in Series 4, none in Series 1, so they weren't to know if Ashton had used that idea.

Smack Me is a former entry by FSR Rontvia. It was sung by Untouched and if you've researched you would have noticed that tiny little fact.

Also the fact that Smack Me is quite possibly my favourite BJSC entry, ever.

It's only a 9 page thread.

What does that have to do with Stacie singer a different song of hers every episode?

Fortunia didn't research, as they didn't think they would be accused of copyright within hours of the broadcast. This is becoming stupid now!

You said somethin about the theme tune that i didn't quite understand "Fortunia stated that there was only a theme tune, not one the host's well known songs to introduce the show"

i never mentioned jack about the Theme tune, but sought to correct you on that Smack Me isn't an Amelle track.

RE: the last sentence of your post - i would like to refer you to a section of text beneath the black bar in my post at the top of this page -_-

I read it. I put it wrong, I know Smack Me isn't an Amelle track, but she performs it every episode, I did one where Stacie performs one of her own songs, I got the idea from the Charlotte Church Show.

Like I said, they didn't read it all, because they didn't expect to be accused of copyright immediately afterwards. They also didn't wanna read old articles from 4 contests ago, when they didn't participate then.

Highlight this with your mouse then read it ;)

Fortunia is considering entering this for XVI.

A full version is nowhere to be found, so Fortunia tech has made one on Mixcraft :P what do you think?

MKL Performer Shaves Half-Head Out Of Protest

MKL's latest performer, R&B 'star' Cassie shocked the nation as she shaved half her head due to low winning-expectations. A source close to the 'star' told the KL-Daily "She was looking through the contest songs and saw her song was not being best received, despite it being a huge hit here. Later that evening she went back to her hotel room to emerge the next day as a half-balded woman. We're keeping a close eye on her as the week continues." Cassie is due to perform at the BJSC XV Final on Sunday.

You never know, she could be the new Britney :kink:
