Posted March 15, 200916 yr Dannii Minogue plans new sound Sunday, March 15 2009, 11:05 GMT By Daniel Kilkelly, Entertainment Reporter Source: digitalspy Dannii Minogue has decided to experiment with a fresh sound when she makes her chart comeback later this year. The Aussie popstar has concentrated on the dance genre in recent years, but is now said to be planning a new approach after teaming up with The Freemasons, who have worked with her sister Kylie in the past. "Dannii can sing, which is the paramount thing with us," Freemasons star Russell Small told The Daily Telegraph. "It's great to be able to do two sisters. It's something a little different for her, I think, because she's used to doing more the dance thing." Minogue has also recruited producer Richard Stannard, who worked on Kylie's hits 'In Your Eyes', 'Love At First Sight' and 'Light Years'. The star's most recent single, 2007's 'Touch Me Like That', peaked at number 48 in the UK chart. Her most successful release to date has been 2003's 'I Begin To Wonder', which reached number two.
March 16, 200916 yr Ok... so she is doing an album let's hope that album (a brand new one) will be ready by the year end.
March 16, 200916 yr I won't believe she's releasing an album until I see it on the shelves. :P However this does sound very exciting, if it materialises.
March 17, 200916 yr I agree! But I would also like to know how the Freemasons aren't going to give Dannii and dance sound...
