i have gone for number 1 as i think they stand a good chance plus i think green day are the type of band who will benefit hugely on downloads

It wasn't a stupid post, it was a good post, there have been a few prediction things around so far, with a track that isnt out for ages or you can't hear the single anywhere because it hasnt leaked. It wasn't stupid, I didn't think :mellow:

Good idea. Or the video released to UK TV...good idea. At least let it leak before a prediction thread is made. Unless it has leaked and I've missed something?

Sorry, the only one being a tit here is you attempting to provoke me for no apparent reason. I doubt many people have HEARD the track yet, and it's not released for a LONG time.. imo, as was said earlier, there should be a rule set on these prediction threads.

I agree with Manic, I can't see it selling anywhere close to 1million - maybe 600K if it really is good, but of course having not heard it yet, we can have no idea.

No way will a song from Green Day sell a million copies... how many songs have done it in the last 2 years? 1 or 2? It could sell up to 400k imo, if it's good.

I don't know what you mean with this complain thread business but you haven't given anybody youtube audio of the song so how can they be expected to make a prediction? It's quite simple - we make a prediction thread when we can actually listen to it and when we have a release date which isn't far away. People have every right to complain if you make such a ridiculous thread.
