I read a sad story about a girl who was a size 12 and fell in2 depression because she wanted to be a size 6/8 like her idol (No names!). Its so sad to see how much pressure young girls and women are put under to be the "Perfect size" For me, i know how hard it is being under a spot light, and also being in a group can be alot of pressure because you are often compared to your left & right. The way i deal with it is to try and set my own standards. Ive got boobs and an ass which i find sexy on people like beyonce, and Scarlett Johansson so it gives me the confidence to feel great about myself!!:-D I love the fact that i have those things, and that myself and the girls are so different. Part of loving what you have is excepting the "bad things" too:-) I love heidi's back and Amelle's arms but bitch please, they are not mine lol So i have to draw attention to the parts that i love. The point is girls WE ALL HAVE SOMETHING! So even if you are as skinny as a pen or as big as a house. Be happy and dont stress out about it:-) we only live once so make it the Best you can!!! And if your not happy then work out, Eat healthy (Or more lol) And keep it moving!!! Sorry to go on and on but you know me, i talk for the UK!!! lol.. Anywayzzz Im off to eat some KFC & when im done, 50 sit ups:) They maybe pointless but as long as im Happy! x
